Shipping within Switzerland costs a flat rate of CHF 4.90.
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 60.– .

We ship your order with Swiss Post – reliably, climate-friendly, and with tracking so you always know where your package is.

Shipping options

A-Post Plus
– Delivery on the next working day (Monday to Saturday)
– Delivery directly to the mailbox, without signature
– Electronically traceable

This option is quick and convenient—ideal if you can't wait to receive your jewelry. Please note: Once the item has been handed over to the post office, we are no longer responsible for any loss or damage. If you experience any problems, you can submit a damage report directly to Swiss Post.

A-Post Signature
– Delivery on the next working day (Monday to Friday)
– Personal delivery against signature or with delivery authorization
– Liability by the Post Office up to CHF 500 in case of loss or damage

This shipping method is particularly suitable if you value additional security.

Delivery & Responsibility

As soon as your shipment is marked as "delivered" in the Swiss Post tracking, your order is considered complete. If your package cannot be found despite successful delivery, please contact Swiss Post or your home contents insurance directly.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or non-collection, we will not cover the costs of redelivery.
