We hope you love your VÉORA jewelry as much as we do.
If you are still not completely satisfied, you can easily return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt .

What can be returned?

– You received an incorrect or damaged product
– The jewelry is unworn, undamaged and in original packaging
– The item was not personalized or made specifically for you

What is excluded from returns?

– Worn or damaged jewelry
– Personalized or customized products
– Item without original packaging
– Reduced goods (provided there is no defect)

How the return works

1. Register return
Simply register your return using our returns form or by email. For the sake of the environment, we only send return labels digitally and only when needed.

2. Prepare return shipment
Carefully pack the jewelry in its original packaging. You can use our return label or create your own directly with Swiss Post.

3. Send package
Please send the package with tracking. We assume no liability for loss or damage to uninsured returns.

4. Refund or exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your purchase price or, if you wish, send you a replacement item.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 days . Depending on your bank, the credit may take a few business days longer.
